stressful days & sunshine.

Today, phew. What a day! Stressful, crazy, day you made my tummy actually hurt.  I am so glad today is almost over. I watched my all time favorite movie (I am very serious.  It's so absolutely absurd and that's what I love. Btw, George Harrison is my favorite. Paul is a very close second.) and I got a little fresh air and sunshine with Minnie. So, all is fine and dandy now. Fingers crossed.

I also haven't done the photo an hour project yet, because mainly, the past couple of days have been anything but exciting. I have a few things planned tomorrow so I think it may be a better contender for the project.

Unfortunately, it is still a little chilly and I have not had the chance to wear it. I was getting a few requests to see this dress (aka my new best friend), so I snapped a few photos for you lovely ladies. I will be posting a full outfit post featuring this beauty, soon. I'm saving it for the next warm sunny day! Tomorrow, I'm going to do one of those 'a photo an hour' posts. Should be  fun!

SO, let's just say I kinda enjoyed Conan's show. Okay, more like, my life is now complete.  It was everything you could have wanted. Really, I don't even know where to begin. All my favorites, a few guest appearances. I don't want to ruin anything for those of you who were not there and will be seeing him soon. And for those of you who don't have tickets to see him, no fear, they're filming a documentary which I think will be on sale next month.  I think that's what I heard. It was really neat spending his bday with him. Dave Matthews(a fellow Seattleite) was the guest tonight. He sang 'Happy Birthday' to Conan.

I lost my voice and cannot feel my hands from clapping so much. What an evening, what a show! Conan, you are my hero. Can't wait for your show to begin on TBS!

a week off.

My trip east begins today. I will be gone for a week exactly. I am beyond thrilled to see all my friends and family. I will be traveling to Pittsburgh  and then to(and a few places in between) Philadelphia. I would love to try and visit New York while over there too, we'll see. Fingers crossed. That would be lovely! I'm bringing my camera(of course!) with me but, no computer. I started this whole 'spend as little time as possible on the computer' and I intend to keep to my word. You can still reach me via email. I will have my blackberry and ipod touch. So, I will not be entirely cut off. I hope to take lots of photographs to share with you all.

feeling romantic

When thoughts had outnumbered spoken words, in the early hours ..we failed to establish who was hurt. Most.

Happy April! I was feeling very romantic today, so I dressed in one of my favorite spring dresses and of course threw on my favorite cardigan. This is what I wear every day,(a dress, tights and a cardigan) I swear.

This time next week, I'll be back home and also in Philadelphia for the weekend. I'll only be gone for a week. Short trip. Hopefully, I can meet up with John and the boys from LC at PSU or in Philly. We can all be together for once! Haha. That should be a good time.  I am so excited for Easter, it is my favorite!

By the way, the new Delorean album is amazing. Can't stop listening to 'Real Love'. It's been my anthem as of late.
